December 2006 - Fibbers Dates Announced
Miles Cain will be playing at Fibbers, York's premiere live music venue, in January and February 2007. The first date is :
Monday January 22nd 2007 - supporting Jess Klein, US alt-country diva. A great billing ! Get on the Miles Cain mailing list for a flyer which entitles you to reduced entry fee. Full whack is £8.00 on the door.
This will be followed by :
Thursday February 8th 2007 - The Talk Magazine's 3rd Birthday. Miles and band will be playing at Fibbers for the birthday party of York's excellent Talk Magazine. Entry £6.00 plus other acts !!

September 2006 - Miles on Radio Ryedale
September 2006 - following a recent appearance on BBC Radio York, Miles has also recorded a session and interview for Radio Ryedale, with producer and presenter Mike Cooke. See and hear the results.
September 2006 - New Album On The Way
After 6 months, the recording sessions for the new album are complete. The next phase of the project is the mixing, which will also take place at Moor Lane Studios near York. The album will be called "A Way Of Being Free", and will be released in April 2006. Watch this space for further details...

July 2004 - "Different Destinations" released
Different Destinations, released in July 2004, saw Miles work collaboratively with producer Paul Davies, who previously worked with Eve and The Garden, Helen Turner and Matt Dixey, as well as producing his own album, Postcards From Aunt Cordelia. The other musicians on the album included singer Helen Turner, who has guested on several earlier Miles Cain recordings, and Syd Egan, long-time collaborator, producer of Miles’ vintage early recordings and writer of “All of Our Lives”, one of the album’s best songs. Also appearing are Andy “Bono” Hodge on Drums, and Steve Gale on keyboards. Hear some of the songs from Different Destinations.
